The Executive Workcgroup consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasure of the LiveFree! Board of Directers. The purpose of this Workgroup is focus on planning, finance and reporting documentation.

The primary responsibility of the Executive Work Group is to:

• Act as leaders to get things done
• Articulate and make recommendations to the Board regarding policy development, changes and practice
• Have ultimate responsibility
• Have their finger on the pulse of the direction of the problems
• Increase efficiency of the activities of the Board
• Look ahead at change and opportunities facing the Board and the Community
• Monitor internal communication
• Serve as key spokespersons for the Board
• Set the Board’s monthly meeting agendas
• Steer the ship to keep it from drifting – attain the objectives
