LiveFree! utilizes the Strategic Prevention Framework prevention planning system promoted by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.  The SPF is Florida is administered as part of the Substance Abuse Response Guide (SARG) model.  It is the framework used in federal Drug Free Communities grants for coalition building. Through the SARG grant process, LiveFree! has developed the following data-driven planning tools to guide the coalition in community based environmental strategies.
